vegan sushi - Edit
had an array of veggie options! got the veggie sushi platter. made sure to ask that the tempura didn’t use egg - and they confirmed they don’t! Had veggie tempura with cucumber avocado roll, with two mushroom sushi & two eggplant sushi. Got the spicy garlic edamame yum! and the miso soup

Great Option for Vegans and Non-Vegans - Edit
Zen is right down the street from my gf so we finally decided to try it.
Read moreThey had quite a few vegan options so we got avocado, Japanese radish, eggplant, portobello mushroom rolls. They were all delish and decently priced.
My gf got the miso soup and vegan tempura roll and enjoyed both.
Service was great, they were educated on vegan and gf and we’ll definitely be back! I want to try their curry and pad Thai!
Pros: Price is decent, Good vegan selections, Educated employees
