Zazie Bologna (via d'Azeglio) is a really nice place where to eat! We had lunch there and the first impression we had is that the place is really cozy. Everything is prepared daily so everything is really fresh!!! There are hot and cold dishes, is suitable for both vegetarian-vegan people but also non vegan can enjoy a healthy and light lunch! There is a great choice of fruits and veggies juices (you can either choose one of the list or make your own), and also take away in case you don't have time to stop. Wide choice of condiments and also spices! We absolutely loved it and the prices are fair! Not to mention the fact that every material they use is biodegradable 😍 it was the perfect choice for our meal!

This is a nice little spot in the heart of Bologna where you can choose what ingredients you want in your smoothies and juices. They also have great yoghurts, salads and a great variety of snacks like seeds, granola and dried fruit.

Refreshing light lunch and pick-me-up - Edit
Came here for lunch. Vegan options included gazpacho, couscous with veg, fresh juiced veg and fruit and smoothies. We got the couscous out of a fridge by the door, went to the counter and ordered up a couple of carrot-apple-ginger juices. The man behind the counter offered some yoghurt sauce for the couscous - we asked if he had a vegan alternative, he said they don't, but that we could add nuts, seeds and dried fruits from containers on the counter. We did so and it was was filling, yummy and refreshing.
