Delicious Vegan Food

Came here and got the #7 (falafel) and really enjoyed it! There were tons of vegan options and even a separate part of the menu that was all vegetarian/vegan.

What a gem

I’ve been going to this place for years and it’s always delicious. I love their falafel, and they always have a good selection of vegan deli items and can tell you which ones are vegan. Prices are pretty good as well.

Good deli

There were so many options and it all tasted healthy and good. It is a deli experience for sure but a great one. I would come back here for a quick lunch to grab.

simple and delicious

This Lebanese spot is on a centrally located street on NE Minneapolis not known for its gourmet food -- it's mostly industrial buildings repurposed as offices. It has a few tables in a very simple room, with an outdoor section open in nice weather. It has takeout, eat-in, delivery, and catering.

The food contains many of the standards of Middle Eastern food, but lovingly made -- the falafel are always crisp and yummy, the baba ghanoush deliciously smoky with just a bit of texture, and the pita bread tender and stretchy. Then there are a few items you don't usually see - such as mjadra (I've seen it spelled elsewhere as mujadera) with the onions fried until they are tiny pieces packed with flavor.

Servers are kind and patient, even when you're taking a while to decide how you can afford some of everything vegan!

Pros: Flavorful food cooked by someone who cares, Reasonable price for value, Best baba ghanoush I've tasted
