Serves meat, vegan options available. Small restaurant with yoga vibe and a changing menu. Vegan items are clearly labeled and sample dishes include waffles, cake, juices and coffee. The vegetarian dishes could be pizza, pasta, (and a dish with grilled vegetables with rice which is vegan). The staff speaks English and understands the meaning of vegan. Open Mon 8:00am-11:00pm, Wed-Sun 8:00am-11:00pm. Closed Tue.

Pequeño pero acogedor! - Edit
Yutsil es un pequeño cafe muy bien situado, en la Carretera de los Frailes que cuenta con algunas opciones veganas sencillas pero ricas.

Expensive and not tasteful - Edit
Menu not vegan but they indicate with a sign the dishes you can make vegan. They don't replace the meat or cheese with nothing, if you take the vegan option they will just take everything off the plate that is not vegan and you end up with just veggies that taste nothing and it's really more expansive than the other place I ate in Valladolid. I was really disappointed and still hungry after. The only reason why I put more than one star is that the owner was nice and we had a good service.

Delicious food in a cosy cafe - Edit
Yutsil Café is a very nice café, where Italian food meets Mayan food. I had the Mayan pasta, which was very good. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The location is also very good, on the Calzada De Los Frailes, a lovely restored colonial street where you can walk without being disturbed by the cars at certain times and have interesting (but touristy and expensive) galleries, shops and restaurants. This street also connects the centre of Valladolid with Convento de San Bernardino, where there’s a light show every evening from 9PM.

Comfy restaurant with great vegan/vegetarian food. Most vegetarian dishes can easily veganized.
