Serves meat, vegan options available. Sushi and Thai restaurant with rice, noodles, curries and soups. Most dishes can be made vegan with tofu and modification/removal of egg ingredients. Several vegan appetizers available and staff is so helpful when ordering to fit a vegan diet. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-2:00pm, Mon-Thu 5:00pm-8:00pm, Fri-Sat 5:00pm-9:00pm. Closed Sun.

Not a lot of options

I’m gluten free and vegan and there was only one salad I could eat! Maybe non gf vegans will have better luck

I had a veggie sushi roll that was delicious after I was informed that the person I spoke to was misinformed. It was delicious, with just the right amount of ginger and wasabi on the side. I still wish they had more options and that their staff was better informed about the menu and vegan options.

Original review:

I sent a message to Yumm when we moved to Florence about what on the menu I would be able to eat or alter to fit our vegan diet. This is the response I received back:

"Unfortunately, we offer many vegetarian options but hardly an vegan options at the moment. The seaweed salad and YUMM salad are the only vegan items on our menu. Most of our items contain fish sauce!"

Unless someone simply responded to me that is not aware of them being vegan friendly, the response does not match the accommodations described in the description on Happy Cow. Therefore, I have chosen not to eat at this restaurant.

Cons: VERY small establishment, Limited options, Uneducated staff regarding vegan options
