They have one clearly labelled vegan menu and one that is almost vegan (the miso paste includes honey). I had that one and it was good but it was served cold (not sure if that was on purpose). It was good but no exceptional. But the interior of the place was beautiful with amazing vibes and even though it‘s not very spacious they made the most out of it! And the staff was extremely nice and helpful, they knew exactly what vegan means. Can recommend.

The tantan-veg ramen is the only vegan ramen on the menu but it was really tasty. They also have legend kombucha and few others vegan options on the menu. The restaurant has Japanese vibes and you can write your dreams on papers that could be hanged on the wall. Friendly stuff. Fast service.

It's a particular, little restaurant in Verona's centre. When you arrive you have to put yourself on the list (because you cannot book!). It's particular because there are no single tables! You have to dinner near other people.
