Good pad thai - Edit
The pad Thai was good. The lime added a lot of flavor to the dish. The strawberry boba was decent though not as sweet as I expected. The peanut noodles were very good and had a lot of peanut butter flavor.

Killer seitan - Edit
The seitan in the dishes we ordered was the best I’ve had. it was tender and delicious. The pad thai was also probably the best I’ve ever had, even better than thailand.

I visited Woodstock from Albany with a non-vegan friend. We had lunch here after a hike and we’re very happy with our meals. I was able to order avocado and noodle sides for my infant and my toddler enjoyed the kids’ bento box.
Read moreI got the ramen and it was quite tasty. I like that it wasn’t overly salty. Some may need to add salt, but it was a nice base flavor. The seitan was quite good and made in-house. My friend got a coffee drink and there were many non-dairy milk options!

This place has great style and character. It's clean, open and very inviting. Staff were very friendly and offered excellent service. Vegan and gluten free options are well marked and there's tons of them!
Read moreShared a bowl and a couple appetizers. Rice noodles, curry broth and tofu (was amazeballs other than it could have used more veggies), tofu satay (was OK) and the Korean Tacos with tofu (beyond delicious).
I will definitely be back!

This place was busy but not sure why. Bowls had no real flavor, yes they have tofu and enough choices but just flavorless and expensive for the lack of taste. Much better options around.

Not great but okay for a vegan meal in a rural area. Many items can be made vegan with seitan or tofu and are marked as such on the menu, but this is definitely a “white people doing Asian fusion” kind of place.
