High quality, accidentally-vegan options

My office is nearby and I often rely on YouYou for tempura veggie rolls, seaweed salad, and dressed noodles and tofu as my go-to lunch option in the area. Note that they take a mid-PM siesta and are closed on Sundays!

Pros: Easy to build a vegan meal from regular menu, Friendly staff, Good cocktails

Cons: Limited midday hours, Non-vegan dipping sauces , Mostly meat-based entrees
