Great hidden vegan find - Edit
Very accommodating staff considering my lack of Thai language. Lots of options, I just asked to try their favourite ones which were so yummy. Paid 80 baht for my plate, will definitely visit again to try other dishes if I'm in the area

What a little gem - Edit
This place is easy to miss, it's in a small street food market behind an Indian shopping mall. I got green curry, rice and a spicy soy mince for 40 baht and it was delicious! Such a great little spot.

Ah that's such a shame! I'd definitely recommend this one, or there's a lovely place called May Kaidee over by khao san road that's 100% veggie

Youta Vegan - Edit
Here’s a review from one of your Indonesian customers! 🇮🇩 ☺
Read moreYouta is my favorite vegetarian restaurant for daily meals in the old town area of Bangkok.
I sometimes stay in Bangkok for a few months, and I have most of my meals at Youta Vegetarian.
I usually go there after working out in Rommanirat Park in the morning. I have breakfast there and also pack lunch to take back to my hotel.
Their buffet menu is very diverse and seems to change often so that customers don’t get bored. Besides, the food is delicious! They also have à la carte dishes like pad thai and som tam, and occasionally they have special menus on certain days.
As for the price? Ah, very affordable, and the staff are all kind and always smiling.
This place is definitely my go-to for meals in Bangkok!
Keep up the great work! Namaste.

Super tasty, big portions 😍 - Edit
We were offered a plate with rice and the choice of many different types of veggies, tofu and mock meats. We mostly just picked what we thought looked nice as there's no labels on anything. Seems like you can choose as many different items or dishes as you like and they'll charge you based on that. I chose 3 things some fried tofu and it was 80baht.

Pros: Big portions , Lots of seating area

Vegan street food - Edit
A stall among others along the canal, with tables and seats opposite. Good, freshly cooked vegetables, mock meats and, of course, rice. A good-sized takeaway container cost less than 100TB (about CA$3). Piquante - some dishes are on the spicy-hot side for my palate. A couple from France were there: they said they’ve lived here 10 years, and they eat here every day. Now that is a good recommendation!

Chicken skin inside food - Edit
After a bit of searching I found the food truck. The people were nice and friendly. Of course English is non existent so I always use google translated to explain them what I can and can not eat.
Read moreAfter receiving my food, rather small portions for the money(I however eat a lot and usually need 3 or 4 times the amount compared to “normal people”), I discovered and bit on a piece of chicken skin. This was not fake meat or anything similar, this was full on roasted chicken skin, taste, smell, everything.
I’ve been strict vegan for 12 years so having something like this in my food and then mouth is disgusting. Especially when coming from a “vegan only” food stand.
After confronting the staff they denied everything and just kept saying everything was vegan. They probably use full on chicken broth to flavor their dishes and think that doesn’t count.
Anyways, first and last time I ever eat here.

A rare vegan gem tucked away in a street market - Edit
A cosy street stall with a wonderful hostess who very kindly agreed to make us a meal at 3 PM, even though it was past closing time for them. We had the Pad Thai that was delicious and the green papaya salad which was super spicy! She did warn us though so can't fault them for it. The portions were more than generous for three of us despite ordering one plate of each item.
