So happy I visited - Edit
Been dying to try out this pizza shop for a hot minute and so glad I did!
Read moreThe pizza menu has an amazing range. I kept it simple with just meatballs but it felt like it had everything for everyone. I would say it is very authentic.
I had the tiramisu and it was good. I find it hard finding a vegan tiramisu like how momma makes it, but for it being vegan it was tasty and hit the spot.
I need to go back to try the ch*cken!
Please support them if you can, it’s a black owned female business and just seeing how amazing the food is they deserve all the support.
Pros: Amazing pizza options, Tasty authentic pizza, Impressive dessert menu

Friendliest pizza place in town - Edit
Finally dined in here late on a Friday night and it was GREAT. Chilled neighbourhood restaurant vibes with the friendliest staff and fellow diners. The menu is VAST; pizzas, pasta, fries, dips and drinks. And the service was really great, friendly and helpful. Pizzas took a little while but we were happy chilling. The food itself was a little salty for my taste! We had the cheeseburger pizza, mac and cheese, meatballs and fried chicken. The fried chicken was the highlight, crispy and moorish, the pasta and pizza was good, but salty and strong, I’d go for something more veg-laden next time. Drinks selection was good, we liked the Fritz soft drinks, loads of Toast beers and a good range of AF beers too. We were gutted to be too full for dessert. Go here for the great vibes and all vegan menu, it’s popular and small so book ahead at busy times. At around £50 for loads of food and ample drinks for two, prices are aok too.

The chicken poppers were mouthwatering! I tried a half and half of both mushroom pizzas (definitely add chili and garlic oil). Incredible sourdough crust. The tiramisu brought tears to my eyes - and all made in house!!

Just incredible pizza! Also great service and a nice hipster vibe without feeling pretentious. Really pleased that although there were some fake meat options (seitan pepperoni for example) it wasn't the only type of topping - lots of "veggie" vegan options. Wish I could have stayed for dessert - maybe next time!

So tasty! - Edit
Everything about our lunch here was just so good: delicious sourdough crusts, very fresh and flavorful toppings, nice beverages, and…I could go on, but yeah. Also, the music was extremely on-point if you are or were a shy bookish nerd who listened to a lot of Belle and Sebastian, Lou Reed, and The Cure. And the service was great, too! We felt well looked-after and very welcome. I’ll definitely come back.

These pizzas are delicious! Authentic Italian style pizzas with creamy cheese that you wouldn’t believe was vegan. We had the truffled and the Holy Ghost and both were incredible, they arrived super quick too. Highly recommended

Improved - Edit
Since my last visit at the little food market by London fields, where we found the pizza to sweet and the staff too bitter, young vegans improved definitely on the staff!
Read moreNot many changes in the menu. For starter we had mozzarella sticks. They look great melting inside and so on but lack flavour. I liked the tomato sauce they come with.
Pizza was good. I actually don’t remember which one we had but both were tasty.
Dessert cookie dough pie was the sweetest dessert in a long time.
One starter, two pizzas, one dessert and two drinks almost £50. Not cheap
I’d be back at some point probably
Pros: Pizza, Location
Cons: Bit pricey

Not so bad - Edit
The pineapple pizza could have had more pineapple on. Food was somewhat heavy on the stomach, perhaps the fat content was very high. It's good, but doesn't live up to its social media hype. Old looking metal bowls and cutlery had some Russian prison vibes, a bit icky.

Great pizzas, even better desserts - Edit
As a regular at the Young Vegans pie shop in Camden, I had high hopes for their new pizza place. My expectations were exceeded.
Read moreThe pizza menu is great - you have a good choice between vegetable-focused and mock-meat-focused options. It is inexpensive - most pizzas were £10 or £12. The garlic mayo dip is an very nice addition.
The desserts are incredible. We had the pastel de nata and the cookie dough with ice cream - both wonderful. The mud pie is also excellent - I didn't try it on this occasion but I have had in in the past at the pie shop.
The house white wine is also very tasty, and good value for money (just £16 for a bottle).
Highly recommended.
Pros: Strong menu, Incredible desserts, Inexpensive

Update, December 2019:
Read moreWent to the new location in Bethnal Green. Two doors, one for the takeaway counter. Quite a few tables and bar seating inside. Two craft beers on tap (pale ale and lager). Not just pizza on the menu but also mac-n-cheese. Desserts include peanut butter--chocolate brownie and Portuguese tart (£4). Imaginative pizzas. I had Corn of the Dead, £12, with seitan chickun, slices of roasted Brussels sprouts, mozza, creamed corn sauce, pickled veg garnish (carrot, celery) and balsamic drizzle. ( found it to be sweetish, I guess because of the creamed corn. A discretionary 10% is added to the bill.
Original review when it was a booth at Netil Market:
First visit, I had the Blood Drive (cheese-free) pizza and really, really liked it. Marinara sauce, olives, capers, basil, samphire (sea veg). I liked both the saltiness and the peppery bite. Good crust too. There are benches and tables upstairs at the market, though only two are covered. A DJ was playing interesting music. Next time, I had a seitan-chicken, barbecue sauce one and tried some of my friend’s smoked mushroom one. All good. Accompanied by a Bloody Mary from next-door Hackney Dive Bar. Good chocolate-chip cookie too.

Pretty Good Pizza's - Edit
Two old vegan punx tresspassed into the Youngs Vegans Pizzeria and found it thankfully quiet. We started with some garlic bread with rosemary that had too much rosemary and not enough garlic. The pizzas we chosse were the Dead Barbie and the Filthy Weekend. The Barbie was very tasty if a little bit heavy on the BBQ sauce. We had a Pastel De Nata which was a gorgeous experience. The Peanut Butter Mud Pie was pretty tasty too if a little too sweet.
Read moreThe staff were friendly and talkative and we discussed how sad it was that this venue is where the wonderful Antonios used to be.
The prices are not cheap but they are tasty.

Exceptional - Edit
It looked good from the photos online and my friend and I were not disappointed. The Devils Coglioni pizza is amazing, pepperoni pizza for vegans with a reasonable amount of spice to it. Their Mac and Cheese is top drawer too, as was the hot Cookie Dough pie for dessert. Wine was not marked up much at all, prosecco served properly from an ice bucket. Whole meal was provided quickly, piping hot and great service, price low. Couldn't fault it at all.

Cons: Could be closer to my house
