Vegan tuna and salmon - Edit
I tried the vegan sushi and nigiri with the mock dish. The resemblance is huge, you doubt your own eyes. The texture is pretty similar but the taste not so much. It is good but it doesn’t make me wanna eat again. I would eat the regular vegan sushi next time, but definitely worth trying.
