Edit... I checked the cow map against the Goog and it's marked wrong. It's the next alley over. There are 3 or 4 unmarked veggie places around the market.

Solid cheap vegan buffet not fancy - Edit
Enjoyed the range of dishes to choose from and the healthier options (lots of veggies, seaweed and wholegrain rice). All for 80twd. But it's not fancy and the food could be warmer!
