Gourmet salads in a casual setting - Edit
According to the owners, this establishment opened almost 2 years ago. The format is well organized and customer friendly. Customers can pick salad size, whether or not they want two salads in one container, the salad dressing, adding on a protein.
Read moreOur add-on, proteins included hummus, balls, and a plant-based chicken. On other days, tofu is an option. The vegan avocado salad dressing was delicious;the salads had wonderful fresh ingredients like mango, chickpeas, cauliflower; grains included bulgur and rice.
We sat at the only 4 high top chairs indoors. There were not public restrooms. Service was excellent.
