Never again

First time I went I took a oat mudflip and was very nice. The day after I came back and was another guy serving. He gave me cow milk in my bubble tea (the taste was funny because he gave me milk tea that I don't like so I didn't realise by the taste) but the sticker on the cup and especially the dreadful belly ache I had for 2 days confirmed he gave me cow milk. Also despite telling him I am deaf he kept whispering and talking not facing me so I couldn't read lips. Honestly the worst experience. He made me feel stupid because I can't hear and made me feel physically crap because of cow milk (plus my 15 years as a vegan totally disrespected)

Cons: Terribile service, Disrespectful

Great bubble tea

Vegan options are labelled here with a v, which makes the process of ordering a lot easier! The oat mudflip is very good! 🧋
