Confusing opening hours, but very delicious - Edit
I hope HappyCow will keep my extensive explanations for the listing. But here the short version: book in advance through mail, Line, FB, IG or by calling them. I showed up very early in the morning without preordering, since they open at 6am according to Google Maps, and stood in front of closed doors. After calling, the owners were sweet enough to open up and prepare two batches for me, though it was indeed time consuming (waited almost 40 minutes).

Tip for travels: This is just in the middle between the ruins and tiger and dragon pagoda in Zuoying, or National Sun Yat-sen University, so definitely a nice take-away for a picnic.
