Good vegan options, but on the pricey side - Edit
Have plenty of vegan grocery store meals - noodles, sushi, sandwiches. They also have desserts and entrees (mac and cheese and lasagna) from Dodah's kitchen, and muffins from Sweet and Natural.
Read moreMy favourite, though, is their daily soup - they always have a vegan one. It's hot, flavourful and nourishing. Vegan chili, vegetable soup, coconut lentil are some that I've seen on offer.
Aside from that, they do have vegan frozen meals, and meat and dairy substitutes. This store is a bit pricey when it comes to comparable items at other grocery stores like Trader Joe's, so I don't usually do my shopping here. That said, it's great!

I come here for the bulk section. I found vegan chocolate covered almonds. They have a new vegan breakfast sandwich that I will try next time I am in.

Missing a lot of the vegan branded groceries I usually shop for but did have other brands that work. Little pricey but that’s to be expected. Would shop here again
