Excellent Vegan version of traditional Hungarian cuisine. - Edit
As stated in the review title we enjoyed an excellent Vegan version of a traditional Hungarian dish. The server was fantastic. We had our meal outside and enjoyed the atmosphere of the area.

I had a plum and cinnamon soup and paprikash with nakedli, both of which I had for the first time in my life and both of which were delicious! The food was filling and cheap; the venue cute and cozy; the dishes were gorgeous, and the staff friendly and able to speak decent English. They even gave us free tap water, even though it wasn’t in the menu and we had to ask for it.

Prise de commande rapide mais ensuite on a attendu vraiment longtemps avant d’être servie.s et nos entrées ont été oubliées …
La serveuse nous dit que c’est un peu chaotique en cuisine.
Heureusement, nos plats étaient vraiment bons, les lasagnes particulièrement crémeuses, très réussies.
Pour un spritz, une pinte de bière et deux plats nous en avons eu pour 35€ à peu près donc très correct.
Pros: Plats très savoureux
Cons: Moitié de la carte manquante, Service très long

Lokal wahr schön eingerichtet. Das Essen war gut. Die Wartezeit ging über 1h. Das Essen war ganz gut doch nicht überragend.

A beautiful little restaurant with monstera-themed décor. We had the Hungarian paprikás - large "chicken" chunks (tasted like the Vegetarian Butcher) in delicious paprika sauce with nokedli. Friendly staff. Free tap water. Default service fee. View on a wide, pretty street with flowerbeds.

It is in fact vegan. We tried the Hungarian Paprikash and the mac and cheese! The Paprikash was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the sauce. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bonus... cute dogs were roaming about the restaurant! A great restaurant and experience!

Long wait, perfect soups and small portions - Edit
We also had to wait for very long, otherwise the food was great. Especially the soups, very filling too. Without soups, only the main dish wouldn’t have been enough to be filled. We also tried the hunter style seitan, and that wasn’t tasty at all.

Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time for our starters - which was just dips with crisps, bread and crudités. They then missed our order somehow and we had to wait ages for our main. The paprikash sauce was tasty but the hunter style seitan was bland. The cocktails were really good. But overall food was okay but I can't get over the wait.

Best meal in Budapest - Edit
Had so many good vegan meals this week but this was the best. Had the eggplant dip and the ‘chicken’ paprikas and they were both delicious. Followed by a chocolate tart and Hungarian millet balls - don’t miss out on trying them! The staff are fantastic, very friendly and we even got free shots at one point. Highly recommend, wish we were staying longer so we could come back.

We have been amazed by the quality of the ingredients and the Incredible receipes! Everything is fresh, homemade, and being served in a cozy family mood made us feel at home. The team was very nice and we 1000% recommend the restaurant!

Best of Budapest (and Hungarian food!) - Edit
What an amazing meal! Don’t miss out, especially if you’re looking to try a vegan version of a quintessential Hungarian dish. Tried the goulash, the vadasmártás with seitan and bedroll dumpling, and the grilled veggies in corn cream. All the dishes were absolutely amazing. Service was wonderful and loved the atmosphere. Only downside was we were so stuffed at the end we had to walk back go the hotel to try to recover!

The food was not just good. It was really creative. We were also offered some free stuff to taste. They were all excellent. The place is also very nicely decorated. Too bad we didn't have time to try deserts. They have a large menu. Not just usual stuff you are served everywhere.
