Cute cafe in an old church. Separate vegan menu and gluten free bread options too. Side salad is huge!

Sweet little cafe! - Edit
We stopped on our way through town and were very happy with the vegan options. The Greek sandwich was very filling and the house orange vinegarette was amazing, it made my salad just the right amount of sweet. My husband had the Holy Moly chicken sandwich (not vegan) and was very pleased as well.

Best vegan burger, found in Ellensburg! - Edit
You would not expect to find much vegan options in Ellensburg, less the BEST in Washington. I saw a post a while ago that said they have a vegan menu. I was driving home from Pullman and this place saved me from Carl’s Jr!
Read moreIn my opinion, it was the BEST vegan burger I’ve ever had in Washington! I’m guessing the ciabatta bun was homemade, because it was extremely soft and fresh! Not like any other I’ve had! The apple bbq sauce and sautéed onions made the burger all that. I’m tired of having the same thing everywhere I go.
The garden salad with greek vinaigrette was amazing, too! The dressing was great, and pickled onions tasted perfect!
Everything tasted so fresh and delicious! Definitely stop by if you’re in town!
Pros: Vegan menu, Homemade ingredients, fresh, Great service, cute atmosphere

Best vegan breakfast ever! - Edit
So we stopped in here while passing through Ellensburg bc someone gave this little place an excellent review with lots of vegan options. We had to ask for the vegan menu, they don’t automatically give it to you. (My suggestion: offer it to everyone!)While it was exciting to see a few options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner I have to say the breakfast options did not excite me at all. Vegans like more than oatmeal and granola!! The waitress was so accommodating and helpful. We asked for a side of potatoes and a side of vegetables and a side of whatever Vegan bread they had. Oh my gosh!!! Best vegan breakfast ever!!!! Hopefully there’s a place where I can post a pic bc it was so beautiful too. Amazingly fresh veggies, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini.... so fresh and perfectly cooked! On the side they added two biscuits. I hope they add this to the menu bc it really was quite amazing! This will be my new pit stop while traveling to the West side!

Multiple Options on Vegan Menu - Edit
They have a WHOLE SEPARATE VEGAN MENU. It’s amazing. There are three different vegan options for each of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have the IMPOSSIBLE burger as the vegan patty option. It was great.
Read moreThey also have almond and soy milk for drinks.
Our waiter was also hilarious, super patient, and accommodating. I’m sorry I didn’t know about this place earlier, I’m going to always stop here when I pass through Ellensburg.
Pros: Vegan menu with numerous options, Friendly staff, Delicious food
Cons: No vegan desserts/pastries, Only vegan side is a mixed green salad

Decent Option in Ellensburg - Edit
Came here for lunch driving through the area. If I could I would give 3.5 stars. Like that they have a vegan menu (they also serve lots of meat). Staff nice and working really hard so you have to wait to get their attention sometimes. I had the vegan burger which I suspect is made with jackfruit as it looks and almost tastes like meat. My server said the ingredients are a secret. The burger comes with sautéed onions and bbq sauce which adds lots of flavour but is a bit sweet. I had a side salad with an orange vinaigrette dressing that was also a bit too sweet for me. Bun was too much bread and very messy, necessitating a trip to the one and only bathroom and a 10 minute wait. Overall though really fresh ingredients and a decent stop while on the road.

Cons: Only one bathroom , Busy so you may need to wait
