Chouette restaurant au concept original où il faut passer commande petit à petit via une tablette connectée disponible pour chaque table pour éviter le gaspillage. Le cocktail que l'on a pris était succulent. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce que nous avons pris et les choix proposés changent du maki avocat-concombre. Dommage que la soupe miso ne soit pas végane. Très chouette découverte !

Good but little confusing - Edit
The food was nice and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I would possibly go back again because of that. However it was a bit confusing for vegans aside from cucumber maki for example. I asked for my options and the person was only familiar with vegetarians and suggested an egg nigiri. I think I ended up eating mayonnaise in one of the options they had suggested. So I found that I could eat: edamame, miso, cucumber maki, wakame salad and roll (but not as a hand roll).
