Vegan? - Edit
The menu said vegan tomato broth. So naturally we asked for the vegan broth, kale noodles that was marked as vegan and vegetables only. The server brought the dish with a fish cake and a hard boiled egg. We said we ordered the vegan option and she said every dish comes with fish cake and egg. They tried to make it up with some hesitation but gave us a new bowl with the items we asked, but it still tasted like fish, so I don’t really trust it to be vegan, the server apologized a few times, but it’s disappointing. I prefer restaurants that turn me away when I ask for vegan option, so if you have the word “vegan” in your menu, then make the dish vegan!

It’s a build your own ramen style place. I got the Udon with vegetables and fried tofu! Best Ramen I ever had!

Very bad ramen - Edit
The spicy vegan broth had very little flavor at first but a terrible aftertaste. The tofu was also unseasoned which would be fine if the broth tasted good. The vegan kale noodles tasted bad and dissolved into the broth after a while. The inside is decorated cute but the ramen was the worst I’ve ever had.

Love the concept but… - Edit
Not the best vegan options. I’m glad they finally added a second vegan broth as the tomato base was bland and boring. The spicy mala is much better.

They had only one vegan broth, their regular ramen was not vegan so we had to pay extra to get kale noodles. It was very bland. Our non vegan friends did not enjoy their food either. They were showing a bunch of anime on the TVs which was cool, but with the loud music, it was hard to relax.

The ramen bowl I had was tasty. The environment of the restaurant is also very hip. The big drawback here is that necessary customizations must be made to be vegan.
