It’s very easy to miss. A very small little restaurant that specializes in and vegetable rich choices. Also options for carnivore. Menu is separated very well to identify Vegan service by Rochelle made us feel like part of the family. We look forward to stopping back by when we have more time to enjoy the vibe.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Key West. High recommend. Delicious food and the owner and his wife are amazing! I have the curry tofu - delicious! My husband had the chicken curry- also delicious! Great place for all. Try the fresh juice with ginger ! So refreshing.

After seeing other reviews we knew we had to go here. I had Leon’s Lentils and my husband had vegetable curry. I’m not sure what kind of magic they work back there in the kitchen but the flavors are divine. I second what others have said about the fresh juice. It’s amazing! Turmeric, lime, mango and LOVE. The owners were so inviting it felt like you were going to your best friends moms house or your favorite aunt and uncle. They were wonderful! Busy place on a Saturday night but they accommodated everyone quickly.

Just GO. You won't regret eating here. The food is ridiculously flavorful in the best way and the owners are the sweetest people! I had the Jerked Tofu and my boyfriend had Leon's Legumes. We also ordered the plantains with spicy slaw and a veggie empanada. Everything was insanely delicious! Also GET THEIR DAILY MADE JUICE! I can't remember what she said was all in it but I know it has ginger, turmeric, passionfruit, and I believe mango. Vegan options are all clearly listed and there are plenty😄

Wonderful place. Menu has whole Vegan Corner with many choices. We all loved Jerk Tofu, Curry Tofu and Leon’s Legumes plus specials. Do not miss out on the fresh juice, too. Owner is super welcoming.

Leon's Legumes - Edit
My favorite dish, recommended to me last time I was here, and now it's my staple: Leon's Legumes. Their plantains with spicy slaw are also epic. This time I had an amazing juice made with mango, tumeric and ginger, perfect, cooling and feels good to my gut.

There were so many vegan options with tofu and veggies. The owner was so friendly, I love supporting small, family run businesses. The food was EXACTLY what i wanted: protein, salad and rice. I’m not big into rice usually so I was so surprised when this rice had me going for multiple bites. I got the curry tofu (not the one with veggies). I also got a side of the slaw but it was too spicy for me.

The very friendly host talked us through the menu and made good suggestions. The place is small, but seemed to be doing lots of takeout orders. Sorry they were out of the veggie empanadas. Leon’s Legume is unique and very good. Served with brown rice. Curry lentils (white rice) also very good; also spicy.

Wall menu has a clearly marked “vegan corner” with about 10 vegan options. There were a variety of options with and without tofu and some were spicy and others not. Nice portion sizes. Server was very friendly. They offer eat-in or takeout. Pricing was very reasonable.

Wonderful little gem hidden away in Homestead - Edit
This place is hidden in a storefront but it’s absolutely delightful. Has a large vegan menu clearly marked, great fruit juices, and friendly service. Definitely worth a visit (or many)!

This is a little hole in the wall place in Homestead that serves Jamaican and Haitian food. They have a vegan menu. We stopped in and were pleasantly surprised by the veggie empanadas, jerk tofu with rice and plantains that we tried. Nice to see yummy vegan options in Homestead!

Veggie curry uses frozen vegetables - Edit
They have many vegan options. But don't order veggie curry. They use frozen vegetables for it. I also tried Leon's Legume, because the owner said that that was his favorite. It was just over-cooked sauteed vegetables. It's way overpriced for $11.

My family and I loved this great little restaurant. There is a separate veg menu in large print on the wall and I believe it was the owner himself who waited on us and was very helpful. All the dishes were flavorful and delicious, and even our kids who had never had this kind of cuisine before loved the food- especially the dishes with tofu in them.

This small restaurant has a charming and friendly owner/operator and great food options, including a good number of Vegan options that are on a Vegan specific menu! The flavor and aromas of the food are fabulous! Treat yourself to this gem if you are in the Homestead area; you will be glad you did!

Owner very nice, food is okay and probably the best option in homestead, but the 10th best restaurant on yelp? - come on! If you’re hungry, go there, it’s fine. But you won’t miss anything if you skip it. Seating is also not that nice.
