Late night vegan options - Edit
There are not a lot of vegan options in Pasadena for late night dining, but this fit the bill. It's a sports bar, playing loud 80s rock music, so just know that that's the vibe. They have lots of Gardein dishes, although many would need to be modified to be vegan (real cheese or creamy sauce), so be careful. The Beyond burger is vegan as is, though, and it was pretty good. My date had the Gardein bowl and said it was ok.

Service was very friendly and welcoming, seems like a great place to eat at the bar if travelling solo. They do offer take away as well.
