Serves meat, vegan options available. Fast-casual Mediterranean and Middle Eastern street food with pita bread, sauces, falafel, and juices. Menu clearly marks vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes, sides, and sauces, and all of the "build your own" options - grain bowl, hummus bowl, wrap are vegan by default unless you choose meat as your protein. NOTE: July 2024 - cabbage slaw contains eggs and babaganoush contains honey. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Flexible fast casual

Crowd-pleaser for vegans, vegetarians, and omni folks alike. It's a favorite of ours when we're in a pinch.

Pros: Lots of ways to customize your meal, Fresh and whole food ingredients, Delicious sauces and dressings

Cons: Expensive to add mushrooms (protein), Potatoes aren't vegetarian/vegan
