You can get amazing sushi and original Japanese food at with a full vegan (some vegetarian options) menu as well to choose from.
I enjoyed the Patio and the good food! If you are a sushi lover try their Vegan Sushi options but be aware: they have delicious ramen, curry and poke bowls as well!
The customer experience is amazing. They are so welcoming and caring. Y93 - Y is the initial of the name and 93 is the house number so you get basically invited into their home and the feeling of being in Japan!
As drinks I had Sunshine Hojicha (6,95$) with almond milk! Wondered what Hojicha is? Its a lovely Japanese dark roasted tea that comes with less caffeine and is easy for everyone and every time of the day. The mango makes it a perfect twist.
I can highly recommend the other following options:
Agedashi Tofu of the Tapas menu (7$)it has a European twist (I love the traditional sauces though)
Japanese Curry so good and with lots of veggies and this sauce is creamy and delicious
and of course their Sushi:
- Green Vegan Roll (16,95$): Purple Yam, Japanese Inari (tofu), Lotus Root, Avocado, Cucumber, y93 house-made vegan mayo and chili oil
I love the presentation of the menu and all the options covering my Japanese food cravings! They also serve an amazing Poke Bowl and other vegan options - this is truly a vegan paradise!
