The menu has quite a few vegetarian and vegan options and it was very easy to figure out what was what. I got the vegetable spring rolls and a large vegetable pho with extra vegetables.
Read moreThe pho menu, has the vegetable pho separated out and clearly says it comes with vegetable broth. It would also be very easy to substitute out meet with either vegetables or tofu for most of the other options.
I did not see any vegan mock meat options, so tofu is the go to here.
Everything we had was really, really good.
Pros: Vegetarian and vegan options easy to find, Very friendly staff, Great food
Cons: None really. Everything as advertised.
