Vegetarian Food

Located at jurong point shopping mall selling noodle sets and chicken rice. Price from $5.50 to $6.50. Lots of vegetables.

Pros: Mostly vegan

Cons: Not 100 % vegan, some food includes egg

Lucky We Have This Option

It has many permutations for the noodle dish that many vegetarians or vegans might miss from their past omnivorous ways. It's nice that there is a lot of spinach. The mock ikan billis was crunchy and tasted almost like what one remembers the dried fish to taste like.

I wouldn't indulge in the fried soy often because it's just too oily. And the chilli, has to be the highlight. Made with a lot of spice that hits you with a burn and yet sweetness comes through that gives the chilli its layers.

The sauce added to the dry version of the noodle is very oily. Tastes like some thickened soy mix that's very salty but doesn't hold much complexity so it might be underwhelming.

They offer thunder tea as well but did not try it.

Different varieties of noodles appreciated. Such as u mee, mee hoon kueh (this was not cut the way the usual mee hoon kueh is shaped), ban mee.

What it offers the vegetarian is a taste of what they used to miss and might be a pleasant experience.

Yummy vegan food!!

Ever since I found this place and tried their dry noodles, I have been addicted. You can ask for extra tofu for a dollar. Quick service amazing food all vegan. What more can you ask.

Pros: All vegan food 🌱

Cons: I wish they had more dry noodle options 🙂

Super Yummy Dry U-Mian

I was so excited when Xuan Miao finally opened an outlet in the West as I have always wanted to try! My first time trying the dry U mian then I straight away fell in love with it! Not to exaggerate but I would love to have the dry U mian everyday if possible!

And the best is Xuan Miao is vegan stall!! So blessed to have it nearby my place now ❤️

Pros: The soup portion is generous!
