Multitude of deliciousness - Edit
This is the kind of place where everyone is looking longingly at the plates of food coming out because they are so colorful and beautiful. Veggies abound here with a vegetarian section of the menu. Some can be made vegan. I had the veggie fajitas and while I could have taken a little more guac, it was just what I was looking for.

Great Vegan Options! - Edit
Authentic Mexican food place with great atmosphere and staff. I actually came for my birthday with a small group of friends and everyone left satisfied. Two were vegetarian and I’m vegan, but the menu was great for all dietary needs. I ordered the “Attack of the Wild Mushrooms “ ($18), which was sautéed fresh shiitake mushrooms and onions. It had great flavor, though I do wish it came with something else besides white rice. They don’t have any birthday promos haha but it was still a fun experience. Other people in the group ordered Fajita Vegetables, a Burrito Eskitito, and some other mole dishes that I forgot the names of. All in all a great place for a special celebration (it is rather pricey).

Vegan aware and great options - Edit
It's challenging to find a Mexican restaurant that understands what vegan means or whose waiters will tell you without you asking that the salsa verde and salsa roja contain chicken broth, but this happened here when we said vegan. Last time we had a less knowledgeable server, who had to ask the kitchen, and came back to report that the only "sauce" option for us was salsa. Vegetarian section of the menu includes shiitake mushroom dish, tofu dish, and enchiladas, amongst other options -- some of these are vegan. Make sure you specify no dairy or animal broth. Tasty margararitas - no skimping on ingredients or liquor here.
