Tasty veggies and whole wheat pita - Edit
I ordered the ultimate veggie pita. I was able to customize it to make it veggie by substituting the regular pita for a whole wheat one. The owner was very kind and explained that the regular pita is made with milk. The dolmas are made with yogurt in the rice filling. He did update that they no longer put yogurt in the hummus so I was able to order hummus as a substitute for the yogurt sauce. The green beans in the mix were delicious! I would have liked to have had a few more pieces of falafel and would have ordered more as a side dish if I'd known there would be just two pieces. The boardwalk fries were okay. I was expecting more of an apple cider vinegar taste but they are still good as far as French fries go. The food overall was good but I wish there was a vegan option/menu available without having to check and customize everything.

Cons: Have to ask what has milk in it, No vegan designated dishes, Atmosphere not really for dining in

Yogurt in all the sauces - Edit
The tahini, hummus, Mediterranean sauce, and the baba ganoush all have yogurt. This limits the options on flavor.

Tasty Middle Eastern food in Harrisonburg VA - Edit
A great find in an area of VA where decent vegan food options are hard to come by. Many menu items are vegan or veganizeable. We highly recommend the Ultimate Veggie-crunchy falafel wrap on fresh pita with a side of fresh hummus. The Boardwalk Fries, seasoned with Old Bay and apple cider vinegar are also excellent. Friendly staff understand what's vegan- advised us that the Mediterranean sauce is not vegan. Very reasonable prices.
