Fantastic food, fantastic people. - Edit
We’ve eaten here twice in the last 2 days and had excellent food and service. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Absolutely beautiful location on the beach front. We are both vegans and my fiancée is also gluten free, so many choices for us both. The owner is vegan and all the people working here were great.

Almost all the dishes can be made vegan, and the owner is clearly very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about veganism. Very nice surprise right at the beach! We went back another day because we had to have the paella one more time. Had paella with chicken and chorizo and a paella with vegan shrimps. As a side pumpkin croquettes and tomato stuffed with cashew cheese. All tasty.

It was a rainy day when we visited this restaurant with my two daughters. We are a vegan family. There were no other guests when we arrived.
Read moreI didn't expect much. It was a very pleasant surprise as we found a wide range of vegan options there. We had vegan pizza, paella and ribs with potato. My daughter told this was the best paella she ever had. We also had cheesecake and the best lemon lemon cake ever. The food was excellent, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

We had a delicious meal and great service.
I would recommend this restaurant 100 percent to vegans.

You can have breakfast, lunch, or eat something in the afternoon.
When you order you need to specify that you want the vegan option. For example, we took some croquettes . It was marked vegan. And it was "ham, leak and pumpkin" croquettes. But the only vegan one is the pumpkin one. This is not vegan ham ^.^ Anyway, they were really good
We also had vegan tortilla. The taste was good but it doesnt taste like a tortilla.
We had vegan garlic prawns/gambas but they had no taste. I mean, they looked like gambas but we could only taste the garlic, i dont recommand this starter.
We had a pizza with 3 vegan cheeses. It was pretty good
Finally we had an iced coffee with soy milk and a tiramisu (i think its made with Biscoff). Both were really good!
In total we paid 53€ for two people, and water. Its expensive but still a nice experience
Pros: So much vegan options!!!, Such a nice view on the beach, Different types of food

Absolute fraud! This is a non-vegan mainstream place with the dumbest waiters in whole Alicante. I ordered something and after two minutes another waiter comes and asks what I want. The first waiter (a young woman) forgot what drink I had ordered just 2 minutes later. Absolutely horrible! There is also no juice bar! Please HappyCow remove this location from your platform. Non-Vegan clowns are flooding your platform with fake bullshit locations!

Was so excited to try this but it disappointed me. They had so many vegan options on the menu but a lot were not even available anyways when asking for them.

Don’t fall for this! - Edit
At first we were surprised and very happy to see a restaurant with that many different vegan dishes or at least options. Turned out that Pizzas are only served “at night”, which is strange because the restaurant closed at 18 🕧 clock, other dishes were in most cases not available. We ordered the vegan octopus with aioli and bread as starter, all we got was a discounter roll with discounter aioli and a “vulcanised” Octopus with A LOT of smoked paprika and cooked potatoes. No garlic, no citrus, nothing else.
Read moreMain Course was the Beyond HotDog, which was dry and came within a similar white bread as the starter, only cooked onions and the sausage within the roll. No Sauce again and no vegetables at all! Price was 13€ 🤯
Other main plate was vegan chicken wings with baby potatoes, which turned into the regular chicken filet stuff that received 2g of Oregano and which you can buy in the supermarket around the corner. Instead of baby potatoes we got country wedges with three small stripes of sauce, again nothing selfmade.
To sum up: Too expensive, low quality food without good nutritional composition.

Remarkably Innovative Vegan Food at a Non-Vegan Restaurant - Edit
I was blown away by this restaurant. It sits a little outside the city center, having to take a taxi or the ocean-view-filled tram (heavily recommended). Xaloc has views of the ocean while you eat. It really adds to the decadence of the food.
Read moreAt Non-vegan restaurants, I'm used to Beyond burgers and salads; Xaloc offers much more. The vegan mozzarella-filled tomato is a must. chilled and stuffed and set in a tomato broth. They also offer vegan squid and ribs.
I really appreciate the attention to detail and innovation they put into their vegan options. It should be inspiring to any restaurant.

Read moreGranted, I don’t speak Spanish and that’s my fault. But I went at lunchtime and had a very hard time ordering. I could see that I needed to order two different dishes but with pointing repeatedly, it didn’t help. It took a while to order and the server seemed annoyed.
I kept saying vegano and he obviously understood but I’m not sure the Russian salad was vegan. It had mayo on top. Perhaps it was vegan. I hope so.
