lovely dinner - Edit
We had Christmas dinner at the Country Club and were served by a lovely woman named Merrie. So fitting! We had made reservations on Open Table, noting we were vegan, so we were seated with only the vegan menus. We received vegan bread and butter as well as an amuse bouche of avocado mousse. For the meal, we ordered the farro and quinoa risotto and pan-fried tofu along with the avocado stack appetizer and the truffle creamed spinach. Merrie told us that most customers had not liked the spinach, so she just wanted to warn us, but we had it anyways and did enjoy it although you really have to like truffle as it was very strong. The stack was beautifully presented and delicious. The risotto was fantastic and better than the tofu which was a little softer on the inside than I prefer. For dessert, we got the tapioca pudding which was a great way to end the meal. The service from everyone was attentive and impeccable. The atmosphere was cozy and even though it was dark outside, we could still see the waterfall from our table, so it's no doubt a great view during the day. It's way in the back of the Wynn, so if you want a lovely meal away from the hectic casino, check them out.

Vegan fine dining at its best - Edit
Really, really good. The menu is well thought out, some fantastic mains & entrees. Staff are very knowledgeable, they know exactly how everything is prepared, which specials are vegan & why. The separate vegan menu is awesome, the atmosphere is great, you actually forget you are in a casino in vegas. Sure it's pricey but the service was spot on, attentive without being too much. Can't recommend enough.

A fantastic evening - Edit
I cannot say enough about this Resturant. The food was perfection, the staff was amazing. It was so wonderful to be able to dine in a fine Resturant and have options on the menu that wasn't a side salad and a potato. I know i look forward to returning, and to bring guest who may pick from either menus themselves.

Sexy Plant Based Delicacies - Edit
Sitting outside on the balcony with a view of golf course and massive waterfall and sex appeal and romanticism to the amazing decor of the Country Club. We enjoyed vegan bread and butter and the crab cakes and tomato salad for appetizers. For the main course we shared the quinoa risotto and the Cajun garden dish. The presentation was beautiful and they split the portions for us before serving. I can not forget to mention the old ghost Zinfandel that we enjoyed- AMAZING!

Fantastic Food - Edit
Who knew you could find not just vegan food on the strip, but amazing vegan food. I guess it helps with the person who's name is on the casino is vegan. I had the crab cake appetizer and steak and blue salad. If only I could have eaten it all.

It was obvious that some time has been spent educating the staff on what vegans don't eat. How refreshing to to have to go down that list again.
You will not be disappointed.

Wynn Hotel - The Country Club - Edit
Chef Carlos Guia has a wonderful menu that has Tempeh "Crab" Cakes, Watermelon Gazpacho, and amazing Coconut Chocolate "Ice Cream" they even have vegan "butter" for vegan bread!!
