Great experience, could use more options - Edit
Overall was a nice experience. The pot stickers were meh, they are mostly filled with gardien chicken, I think tofu and veg would be better. The cashew gardein chicken was really good! I would definitely order that again. Wish there were more options that had tofu.

Separate vegetarian and vegan menu - Edit
Stumbled across this little beauty as we meandered through the casino. It’s in the casino but separate from the casino. Full vegetarian and vegan menu. But you have to ask for it. We had fried rice, mushroom medley, broccoli and a really interesting soup with melon in it. Chinese tea flowed. We were too full. The total cost was $440 Macao. Very reasonable for two people.

Cons: In the casino so couldn’t take kids, Have to ask for the vegetarian and vegan menu

Beautiful and bland - Edit
While I was excited to indulge in the vegan fare at the Wynn, I would give this restaurant a B-. The dazzling decor and ambience are deceiving for food that seems like it came out of a Olive Garden. Most of the dishes were pretty bland, although the eggplant (which they made vegan by swapping out the oyster sauce) was exceptional and a highlight for everybody. The only things keeping this out of the C range were the really warm and excellent service, and the fact that vegan food on the strip is hard to come by.

Wish I had gambled this money away instead - Edit
The place looked really nice, but the disappointments started at the menu. There were only 4 vegan items. I tried White Lotus and Jade Dumpling. Meh... For these 8 tiny-tiny pieces of dumplings I paid a price of a nice big dish at Veggie House. What a mistake I made here... On the other hand the lichee ice tea was the best I have ever had!

"Vegan" tofu is fried with meat and animal products in the same oil. I'm happy that the waiter told me before I order. - Edit

highly disappointed - Edit
I had been excited to come to Wynn to eat knowing that there would be vegan options. Not only one was the waiter unhelpful in helping me find vegan options or my fiancé gf and vegan options but he totally ignored me. It was my turn to pay and he only spoke to my fiancé. I was invisible. Very frustrating that a place that was supposed to be veggie friendly, was less than so. And on top of that, misogynist

Amazing Asian cuisine full of flavours and veg-friendly! We were told they can veganize any dish on the menu. And the result was delicious. Do go!

Out of Gardein at 6:30 PM - Edit
We didn't end up staying for our meal at Red 8 due to a few factors. One, the staff refused to say Vegan properly. Everyone pronounced it Vey-Gan. If you can't say it correctly how can I believe that you know that you are serving me the proper food? In addition, on a Friday night at 6:30 they were already out of Gardein. The staff reassured me that tofu is just like Gardein and we should order tofu instead. If you think Gardein is like tofu, then really you should not be speaking to someone about the four (count them 4) vegan specific items that are on the menu. What's with the Wynn's commitment to veganism? I didn't see it in the 10 minutes we were on-site.

Updated menu - Edit
Now that Wynn restaurants are using Gardein, I decided to try this place again. Had the gardein chicken and cashews with broccoli, carrots and celery in a ginger sauce. REALLY gingery and nutty. Another person had the Tofu Shitake (whole shitake mushrooms, broccoli, bok choy and tofu in a mushroom sauce served with rice) Very good. They didn't skimp on ingredients and the portion size was just right.

My favorite restaurant in Vegas for healthy veggie - Edit
I've been going to Red 8 for vegan food in Las Vegas long before Wynn had gone vegan. Red 8 has the best steamed veggies in the whole town, the produce is monsterous and steamed to perfection and you can pair it with soy sauce or sweet and sour. They don't take reservations, but you can wait at Parasol up Parasol down bar right down the steps to see the light/water show.
