Good veggie bosna - Edit
To be clear, a Viennese Würstelstand is definitely not the best place for vegans and they definitely don’t offer many non-meat products there, but I was positively surprised that their veggie bosna was all vegan and tasted really good!

Vienna's oldest Sausage Stand - Edit
They serve the Beyond vegan sausage in a pretzel bun. You can add toppings of your choice: fried onions, horseradish, sauerkraut (order without bacon!) and avocado. They have a variant of sides: onion rings, fries, wedges, potato fritter and sweet potato fries. They also have Manner Schnitten and Pringles as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
