WTF! Burger was a promising find on Deliveroo and as vegans who had never experienced being able to get burgers delivered, we jumped at the chance. Delivery was slow but to be expected on a Friday night. The burgers arrived beautifully packaged and the presentation was amazing. The food however was cold, bland and not worth the £9-£10 price tag per burger (that's JUST for the burger). I had the Peanut Satay Chick'n, the burger was spongey almost slimey and the satay sauce was a dollop of peanut butter in the middle with some jalapenos on top- leaving me either with dry bites or overwhelmed with peanut butter. The dirty fries were a small portion, undercooked, and needed more plant based chilli. For £7 I expect those bad boys to be smothered! Whilst we love that WTF Burger is a 100% plant based I will not be returning as neither my tummy or my bank balance are happy. It feels like a purely instagrammable experience; looks good on a post but doesn't live up to the potential.
