Highlight on a rainy day

We had a delicious dinner at Wrenkh. The service is professional and helpful. We tried everything vegan on the menu and every dish was special on its own. Highly recommended!

The best meal!

By far the best meal I’ve had in Europe. The Lucky Salad and the Chanterelle mushroom dumplings were the favorite. The kimchi carbonara was delicious also. The wines were vegan and organic. Great fun vibe.
Would highly recommend.

Pros: All vegetarian and separate vegan menu.

Excellent

We tried four different dishes per our servers recommendation. They were all off the chart good. We had the lucky salad, the kimchi pasta, the eggplant, and the Chantal dumpling. We were very happy with every dish. The waiter also recommended a great local Austrian wine that we really enjoyed.

Wow!

Incredible dinner after a long day. Tucked away on a quieter street near St Stephen’s. Almost too many choices! I had an incredible oyster mushroom dish and my better half had a lovely pasta dish. The chocolate dessert disappeared too fast to take a picture!

Pros: Ambiance, Food was delicious , Service was quite friendly.

Happy New Year

#Veganuary

Vegan spring menu

We initially came across a reference to Wrenkh in a guide book and noticed the restaurant as we were walking down the street so we stopped to check out the menu. The current set price spring menu is vegan (June 2023). We weren’t super hungry so we asked the waitress if the 2 of us could order just 1 meal to split and she confirmed we could. The staff were so courteous and accommodating, bringing us clean plates and cutlery so we could split the meal. The 5 course menu was amazing for the most part. The weakest link was the dessert, described as white chocolate mousse, tasted a little too similar to Cocowhip and was decorated with what seemed to be fruit rollups. Having said that, it was still the best meal we had while in Vienna.

Pros: Great vegan spring menu, Fantastic service

Cons: None

Average vegan food

In my opinion the food was quite expensive. I got the tomato soup and mushrooms with baby artichokes that were good. The kimchi plate instead was too salty and too fried for my taste.

Pros: Vegan options marked on the menù, Cute ambience

Cons: Expensive

Good for everyone!

There are meat dishes served here, but also plenty of vegan and vegetarian items clearly marked. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant. Great service and excellent food!
