Delicious, cheap South Indian food

I've been here twice now for lunch, and it's going to be one of my favourite places I think! It's so reasonably priced, at only £4.79 for a veg dosa and £5.49 for a masala one. They do regular student discounts as well.

It is a take away and café and they also do deliveries. Everything is served in non plastic take away packaging. The space inside is huge, with lots of seating. There's no toilet, but you can go nearby in The Moor Market, or Atkinsons.

The dosas aren't as big as you'd get in a South Indian restaurant, but then the prices reflect that and I think they are a perfect size for a lunch. If you're very hungry, get an extra plain dosa for only £3.99 and it's still a cheap meal.

I've had the masala dosa both times I've been and it's been very tasty, lots of potato curry and tasty daal with spicy chutney. I look forward to trying the idlis at breakfast time one day. For vegetarians, they also do cheese, paneer and egg dosas.

They do bubble teas and masala teas, but unfortunately don't have any plant milk at the moment, but maybe they'll do that in the future.

Overall, a really great, tasty and economical place for breakfast, lunch and tea with really friendly staff.

Pros: Tasty food, Cheap prices, Lots of space

Cons: No plant milk, No toilet, Would be nice to have coconut chutney as well
