Vietnamese supermarket selling a variety of imported foods. Stocks a variety of mock meat products: one entire aisle labeled "vegetarian food" with vegan fish sauce and oyster sauce, pho broth, canned mock duck, dried soy protein, and more. Eggless egg-style noodles, fresh tofu, frozen yuba sheets, and vegan bani mi bread also stocked. Open Mon-Sun 8:30am-7:30pm.

Asian Market with many Vegan options - Edit
Large asian market with a bit of everything you need. Many vegan options: Mock meats, Tofu, Prepared seasoned tofu, Deserts, Plant milk, Produce, etc. Prices are good, cheaper than chain stores. Glad I found it through Happy-Cow.

For the mock meat lover - Edit
This Vietnamese supermarket offers one of the better selections for Asian frozen mock meats in San Diego. While not all are vegan (some have egg, so read the labels or find the ones with vegan in the title) the selection is good and includes my favorite--citrus spare ribs. There is an entire aisle labeled "Vegetarian Foods" with fermented tofu, canned seitan, "chay" soup broths, young jackfruit, vegan fish sauce, and so on. The noodle areas offer an array of Asian styles--from Korean yam noodles, to Thai rice noodles, to Vietnamese mung bean vermicelli, to Chinese egg-less yellow noodles.
