Serves meat, vegan options available. College deli with some vegetarian options including veggie burger, hummus bagel, veggie bagel melt, soup, and salads. Relocated from 823 N Tejon St.
I love wooglins so much. Several vegan and veggie options. My personal favorite is the Greek wrap, no feta add avocado:) great atmosphere, there’s always students studying and people playing board games and friends meeting up. Definitely stop by!!
I came here because of high reviews and was disappointed. Things I liked: there was a large menu board at standing level and $5 kids meals, which was the only indication that this was a kid appropriate place. In the women's bathroom, there was a painting/picture of a scantily clad and posed woman.
There are two sections for seating inside and one outside. One seating area is when you come in the door. To the left of the ordering area there is additional seating which has a whole different atmosphere and is also where you get drinks, straws, etc. The tables were sticky and the food wasn't worth the price, or going again. Two of us ordered food with avocado and the avocado was dark brown--not oxidized (which I don't find appropriate at a restaurant anyway) but actually rotten so we didn't eat it. All of the sandwiches we ordered arrived open-faced but not put together in a way that you could easily close it up and eat it. Although the items we ordered sounded good on the menu, they just didn't have much flavor.
I literally think the hummus wrap I had here was the biggest wrap I had ever seen. It was awesome. This is definitely a college deli with a nice and chill atmosphere where it is normal to see students working on homework and socializing. I enjoy that they also have a lot of artwork on the walls and an eclectic mix of furniture and decor. There have been several times I have been here where professors, local business professionals, and the local police department have been chilling and enjoying food/coffee. It is a place for everyone.
Food and atmosphere was delightful. I had veggie burger on rye bread, every thing is home even the potato chips. My son and daughter in law had the French dip and they said it was delicious too. I am vegan and they are not. Great place for all.
Unique atmosphere, college deli. Everything i've had has been good if not great. Their veggie burger is good, big soft homeade bun, love that it comes with hummus on it, fresh veggies, they use gardenburger brand though. They have several different types of bagel melts which are all very good.
