Love the options - Edit
I love that they have 3 vegan broth options. If you’re vegan you’ll have to order the spinach noodles (which this was my first time trying, very good in my opinion). Absolutely delicious!

Amazing Vegan Ramen - Edit
It’s authentic Ramen with vegan options and tofu as protein base. They’re very accommodating and such friendly staff. Also, very reasonable pricing for the portion size. Highly recommend!!

I appreciate that they have vegan ramen. They have 3 different broths marked as vegan: tomato, creamy vegetable, and miso. For noodles they offer spinach noodles or egg noodles (which are obviously not vegan). The food was good enough but truly was not anything I plan to get again. It was a bit on the expensive side for something that's not all too filling and actually gave me a stomach ache after. 😕

Hole in the wall with great ramen! - Edit
This little place is tucked away in an inconspicuous plaza, but the vegan ramen is excellent! There are 3 vegan broth options: Sapporo miso, creamy vegetable, and tomato. My boyfriend had the creamy vegetable and I had the Sapporo miso - both were fantastic! Very flavorful. You can customize what goes in the ramen but all the veggies are crisp and fresh.
