Good coffee, okay food - Edit
I had a maple latte, no complaints. They had quite a few seasonal pastries (a good amount vegan), I opted for the pumpkin bar which was very good! Downfall here is the vegan burrito. It was maybe half full and didn’t have a bunch of flavor.

Best vegan breakfast sandwich in Stowe! - Edit
If I could give 5 stars, I would! Love the vegan breakfast sandwich. So flavorful and delicious! I love that the sausage patti is unique and not heavy.
Read moreWe just tried the vegan burrito was also delicious! It has rice, beans, and sweet potatoes. The wrap is premade. It was good but I love the sandwich more.
Theres also vegan baked goods, I saw three options during our last visit.

Best Breakfast Spot in Stowe! - Edit
We loved our sandwiches and coffee from Woodland! The "sausage" is not your typical faux meat patty (I think it's homemade?) but the flavor and texture are so good and I loved the english muffin it was one. We also tried the vegan burrito which was great. They had quite a few baked goods marked vegan too

Great Bakery/Breakfast Option in Stowe - Edit
As others have said, Woodland is vegan friendly. When I visited today, there were three vegan bakery options - a carrot/parsnip cake, a chocolate peanut butter bar and banana bread. I had the first two plus the sausage/egg breakfast sandwich. A vegan burrito was also an option.
Read moreThe breakfast sandwich was delicious, made with a spicy sausage patty, Just egg and cheese. Very tasty. The chocolate peanut bar was excellent, as was the slice of cake. All items were very reasonably priced, the sandwich costing $7.50 and the cake $4.50.
The baker is actually baking the goods in front of you. Very fresh.
Nice, positive experience!

Tasty vegan options - Edit
Local bakery. Has a few choices of vegan baked goods like a sweet potato cake, banana bread. On the menu there was a vegan breakfast sandwich and the option to make the special sandwich vegan for $2 more. There was also a selection of take away prepared foods that were marked vegan. The breakfast sandwiches came on a lovely homemade English muffin that was delightful. Each sando was yum. Ask for more spicy Mayo! Wish there were some more vegan options that weren’t loaf/bread consistency and then I’d rate it 4 stars.
