Asian assembly line restaurant

Assembly line type restaurant. Serves meat but they have vegan options. You pick the base. This can be rice. Or 3 types of noodles. Or bean sprouts. For protein they have tofu. 3 different sauces. Teriyaki, hoisin, sweet and sour. And a wide variety of veggies. We got the thick noodles with hoisin sauce and the tofu. The dish was ok for a vegan food dessert. Some noodles were stuck together and the broccoli was raw. The dish needed more sauce of some on the side. Place itself was ok. Has handicapped parking. Service was ok
