Can choose from lots of rice/noodle bases and vegan options are clear and varied. Went for veggies and tofu in a sweet and sour sauce and it was such a nice change from the many vegan burgers that Amsterdam seems to offer.
Not bad for the price too - cheaper, bigger, and more filling than the burger place just up the road, and at least there's some sort of vegetable involved!
And did I mention it was INSANELY DELICIOUS?
Pros: Lots of vegan options, including udon noodles, Generous portions, Healthy choices - tofu and veggies!

Really convenient noodle place. They no longer have wheat noodles but the server was aware of veganism and said both the udon and rice noodles were suitable. I would like to see a couple more sauces or even just to be able to get soy sauce cooked with the noodles. Handy spot and they stay open pretty late.

For survival it's a good place. They open until late at night. Real quick and reasonably good and price
