Slow service - Edit
They have some vegan options in the menu bit the quality and service was not great when I tried. They can make vegan sushi upon request (avocado/cucumber).

Decent "Asian" food with some vegan options. - Edit
Nice place with friendly staff (the chef came out and helped us figure out what was vegan), big portions of relatively tasty food. The restaurant is inside the Hilton Hurghada Plazo complex and is very clean and quiet. Serves alcoholic beverages. Dinner for three without alcohol was just under 20 Euros.
