Delicious breakfast! - Edit
They had a great gluten free/vegan bagel, and most of their other bagels were vegan. Many vegan cream cheese options, including vegan lox smear, and also impossible sausage, just egg, and violife cheese!

Great baked goods - Edit
I had an apple muffin the other day that I LOVED. tbh I think it should be called a cupcake since it was an apple spice cake experience in small form but it was really delicious. I love that they have flavored vegan cream cheese. I'm not the biggest fan of their bagels--they're kind of bready, not very traditional bagel-ish. I also want to warn that the past 2 times I've ordered bulk bagels, I've received a cheese bagel in the pack. They used to have something on the website that said they only put vegan bagels in bulk orders, maybe they deleted that? But FYI!

Great breakfast - Edit
I love the extensive options here. I recommend the Yashi and their muffins are always great. I love that they have vegan flavored cream cheese and all the vegan options you could want from Just egg to vegan sausage and carrot lox. The bagels themselves are not the best in town and it sucks you cant dine in but best place to get an early morning breakfast any day of the week.

Yum! Great lox - Edit
My first time having carrot lox, so good! Wise variety of bagels and vegan cream cheese. Also grabbed some cheap 3$ half dozen day old bagels for the road. Loved it !

great breakfast/brunch - Edit
We ordered the vegan egg/sausage/cheese on an everything bagel, and the carrot lox "Rusko's" vegan option on sesame bagel (miso marinated carrots, vegan scallion chive cream cheese, tomatoes, red onions, and capers). And we couldn't pass up getting two of the vegan "poptarts" and maple latte (choice of soy or oat milk). I love that they have so many vegan pastries - and the poptart was fantastic.
Read moreThe breakfast sandwich was fantastic - they do a great job frying up the Just Egg, and then a choice of morningstar or impossible sausage (Morningstar is better IMO!), and vegan cheese that I believe is Violife.
The carrot lox were ok, but not what I expected. I thought they'd be thin slices with a lot of flavor, but they were thick awkward slices that had minimal flavor. Overall still a good sandwich though.
Note that they recently made their chai vegan by removing the honey (yay!) and they state all their syrups are vegan too, even the seasonal pumpkin spice syrup. Their coffee is organic/fair trade.
Pros: so many vegan choices, vegan pastries!, well-made lattes

Amazing find for breakfast - Edit
Catch this place before they close around 2pm. Great vegan options for breakfast including vegan egg, vegan carrot laux, and more. Bagels are vegan and they have fantastic fluffy gluten free options. We had vegan pop tarts as well. Check their daily rotation of vegan baked goods. The sandwiches were hearty and very filling. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff was very friendly.

The vegan breakfast bagel sandwich is amazinggggggg - Edit
Can I have one right now? Discovered their vegan breakfast bagel sandwich wayyyyyyy too late in my time as a Vermonter😒Please order one, two or 20! Easy to veganize online or if you order there. I prefer the Morningstar patty to the impossible patty. Don’t forget to add veganaise! Also, a simple toasted bagel goes well with any of their tasty vegan cream cheeses.
Read morePro tip: Eat it upside down, because the toasted everything bagel is a bit sharp… at least for the roof of my mouth.
No inside seating since Covid, so order to go, eat in your car or sit outside when it’s not winter.
Pros: Great vegan options, Walkable for most Burlington-ers

Loved the bagel “filling” but didn’t love the bagel itself. The bagel tasted and felt a little stale.

Great breakfast spot - Edit
Glad we came here early so can order in-person. Many vegan options, including for cream cheese, eggs and sausages. They didn't post pricing for the create your own menu, so had to ask the cashier.
Read moreI got the Yashi and sandwich, and asked for vegan egg substitute and cream cheese. The cashier said the egg had to be add-on, but I could get some cream cheese in addition.
The sandwich was amazing! Tofu was not too firm or chewy. Vegan egg had great texture and taste. Veggie cream cheese was flavorful too.
My friend got the garlic bagel, in which the fried garlic was too bitter for him, so that might be something to watch out for.
Pros: Many vegan options, Quick friendly service
Cons: Menu didn't show pricing for different items, Garlic bagel may be too strong in taste for some

5 stars, Excellent choice - Edit
It won’t allow me to rate 5 stars since it’s not fully vegan. This place was the best food we had all day. Sandwiches with vegan sausage, egg, cream cheese. Lots of vegan baked goods too. We plan to come back during this same trip! You do have to order ahead online and then pick up; can’t just walk up and order.

Pretty Good Sandwich - Edit
Really good vegan selection here, my husband liked the Bolt that he ordered. The carrot lox sandwich was good, but pretty heavy on the onion. I just don’t think a scallion chive cream cheese is necessary with red onion, it really hides the carrot lox. If I was to order again I would probably ask for plain cream cheese.
Read moreOrdering is kind of a pain, you have to order before you pick up, you can’t just go there and order in person and their website says their pick up times can be up to an hour wait. We ordered very early on a weekday so they didn’t seem to be super busy, but IDK that this is a quick-pick place and when I think bagel I think “get it and go.”

Tastiest bagel combos in town!! - Edit
The bagels are delicious- I’m a big fan of both the poppy & sesame. There are multiple kinds of vegan cream cheese, vegan cheese slices, hummus, vegan Mayo, sausage, and lox. There are so many other tasty add-ons too like pickled veggies, grilled brussel sprouts, various types of greens, and hash browns! They also make homemade pop tarts, gluten free bagels, and huge cinnamon buns! I can’t say enough great things about the food, the service, and the amount of vegan (and gf) options!

Vegan Cream Cheese! - Edit
The owner of Willow's was working the front when we walked in. He was super friendly and showed me their 5 flavors of vegan cream cheese. I went with the pesto cream cheese on an everything bagel. It was very good and if I lived in Burlington I would definitely make this a regular daily stop.
