Cauliflower wings

I had lemon pepper and bbq “faux wings.” It was tasty, and I do recommend. But I feel “faux wings” was misleading, it was simply 2 plates of unbreaded cauliflower coated in sauce. $21 for 24 pieces of cauliflower also seems a bit steep. BUT, it was tasty, and I do recommend. I just wish there was anything at all on the menu hinting at what they are made of. If the cauliflower had been breaded, it would have been astronomically better, and worth the price.
