SO good and very filling - Edit
Two of us split the Spice Girl bowl with the adobo tempeh and it was incredible. So glad this place is in my neighborhood, because now I want to try everything, including the smoothies.

Filling and tasty rice bowl - Edit
I kind of found this place by accident. The AirBnB I am staying at is just south of this place. I was Cycling and needed to use the washroom.
Read moreI stepped in to see whether they had food that I would want for lunch. Can't really go wrong with a rice bowl that is vegan and gluten free.
If course it could be better by being a mixed grain bowl. I loved that everything in the bowls were organic.
The mask was tasty and has done level of spice. The squash could have been more cooked and the Frank's hot sauce not being so front and centre in the flavouring.
Since I will be here for the month I expect that I will eat here at least one more time.
They only serve on disposables but they allowed me to bring in my own stainless steel reusable bowl.
They did have reusable forks but my experience was that customers missed seeing that and grabbed some plastic ones. I had my own reusable cutlery and chopsticks.
So many vegan options in Portland.
I love it.
Though the eateries in Portland could do more on cutting down on plastic waste

Healthy bowl of veggies - Edit
I ordered the Wild One which came with a good helping of beets, broccoli, sweet potatoes and slaw sitting on fresh greens and topped with a flavorful sauce. I love that they focus on fresh veggies.

You Make My Heart Sing - Edit
I ordered the Vernon bowl, which includes Koda brown rice, stewed white beans, cumin carrots, smoky paprika cauliflower, turmeric pickled veg, crunchy radish, hazelnut red pepper romesco, coconut garlic yogurt, and crispy garlic crunch. It was difficult to mix the sauces in the full bowl. I would have preferred the carrots and cauliflower to be cut smaller so they're easier to eat. Overall, a decent combination of flavors, but I would probably build my own bowl next time.

Good new spot! - Edit
This was a a pleasant surprised. I stopped by just because it was on the way, and got the Wild One bowl. It's health food but not light on the flavor. When I saw him drizzling the sauce on at the end, I thought I'd have to ask for heavier on the sauce, but nah, it was delish as is.
Read moreThey also have a happy hour for bowls 3-5 PM on some days, where they're like $9 instead of $12. Good deal, wish I coulda made that.
