Delicious vegan sandwich and fruit crumble

Bread on the vegan sandwich was especially fresh and tasty. Fruit crumble was very good.

Perfect sandwichs & muffins

They always have a very tasty vegan sandwich and their bread is incredible! The vegans muffins are really good and not sweets. I love this place

Delicious cake

My husband purchased the vegan chocolate cake for my birthday and it was amazing! Unlike others vegan cakes, Wildfire’s was not dense and overly sweet - it tasted of darker chocolate and wasn’t heavy at all. Decorated with chocolate shards, a few berries and herbs, the 8 inch is one layer high and the perfect family size at a couple of slices each. Definitely recommend!

Store display offers a vegan sandwich, soups and a selection of vegan pastries including muffins, loaf slice, fruit crumble bar and cookies. Also sell breads and flour.

Pros: Multiple vegan options

Cons: Nice to have a few more cake flavor options

Just ok.

The bread is good, but True Grain bread is so much better. The treats are delicious but super pricey. The service is awful, even the owners are rude. I have stopped going there.

Awesome sandwiches

WildFire is a great place for a coffee and (vegan) cake or to pick up some artisanal bread or - the BEST vegan sandwiches ever! Made on the in house spelt bread and full of goodness.

Pros: awesome bread and baking, several vegan options, fresh and delicious

Cons: small inside; hard to find a seat, sells out quickly!

Delicious Food and Friendly Staff

My partner and I stopped here when we got off the ferry and it was delightful. They had a deal where you could get the soup of the day (the soups are always vegan) and a pizza - which they had one that was vegan which was good value. They had a good selection of cookies and sweets but I was told if you get there early they have vegan chocolate cake and apple pie! We tried the choc chip which was yummy. We will definitely be stopping by again!

Pros: Vegan pizza, soup and sweets, Nice atmosphere , Staff are very friendly

C is for cookie and that’s good enough for meeee

Vegan salted chocolate chunk cookies. Crunchy, chewy, melty, salty, best. And always vegan lunch options including soup, sandwich, pizza. Good coffee. Comfortable energizing vibe.

Pros: Cookies

Cons: Sometimes sell out of cookies

Soooo good

The bread here is amazing, and they generally have two vegan soups to choose from which makes a great lunch together, there are also a handful of vegan pastries to choose from

Always vegan options

They always have lots of great daily vegan offerings! The vegan pizza is always amazing.. and there is a vegan loaf daily with seasonal flavourings. A couple of the muffins are vegan and some of the cookies too. Get there early because they sell out!

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Healthy whole food ingredients

Cons: The coffee is inconsistent-depends on the barista

Yummy

I love this place. It's close to where I work and it's become my go-to if I've forgotten my lunch at home/feeling to lazy to prep a lunch. They usually have a vegan-friendly sandwich, pizza, and salad on offer. Many of their breads are vegan. I love that they don't put non-dairy cheese on the pizza. Daiya makes my stomach feel funny if I eat enough of it, so having a creative vegan pizza without it is a nice change. The staff are usually pretty nice too.

Pros: Vegan lunch options!, Vegan chocolate cake!

Cons: Limited seating, Not the greatest area, The Vegan salads and sandwiches tend to sell fast.

Delicious and Fresh

Their breads are wonderful (especially the Spelt one) and they have a few vegan snacks (cakes, salad, pizza, sandwich...). I loved their vegan chocolate cake.
The sitting space is limited so it's best for take away.

Pros: Great breads, Fresh food

Cons: Limited sitting space

Vegan Options on Menu

I had a banana and hazelnut muffin along with an almond milk latte. Both were quite good. In the case there was also a vegan chocolate cake, vegan paté, vegan rueban, and house made hummus. (& quite a few of their breads seem vegan.) They label things vegan, which is really nice.

Pros: Great food, Great staff, Great location

Cons: Crappy wifi, Few seats

whole grain bakery- some take out

They are primarily a bakery but also sell delicious personal size pizzas with assorted toppings such as grilled veggies- beets, tofu. They often have soup and sandwiches. The bread is whole grain, heavy and healthy. I love their pizza for $5. They often run out so go early.

Pros: pizza, healthy breads

Cons: limited meals, limited seating, scary area
