No healthy vegan options - Edit
They removed a hummus plate that had vegetables, hummus and pita. They have a spinach salad you can get without cheese but loaded with sugar added cranberries a s candied nuts.

I had the "vegan burger" (beyond meat), it was delicious. The caramelized onions were a nice touch. I really like that they specified that the bun is vegan too. The only thing I wasn't sure about were the sides (they aren't labeled on the menu so that makes me nervous). Although what I had was good, it wasn't unlike other vegan burgers I've had so I wouldn't go out of my way to try this place. BUT if you're in Wickford looking for a vegan meal this is a good option.

Good food, few options - Edit
I got the hummus and veggie wrap and omitted the cheese. It was very good and filling, but I do wish there were more vegan options on the menu since the only vegan thing (unless you do substitutions like I did) was the vegan burger. I think it was a Beyond Meat burger and since the taste of meat grosses me out I prefer a veggie burger that tastes like beans or other veggies.

Nice restaurant over-all, not a very Vegan-friendly menu, but a very vegan-friendly staff, as (aside from the obvious vegan burger) they were helpful and aware of what was, was not, and what could be made Vegan.
