Very good!

So many vegan options! This is definitely my go to place for the good vegan cheese and meats you can’t find other places. There’s also a whole table dedicated to vegan baked goods in the bakery section! The cookies and donuts are very good!

Pros: So many vegan options

Cons: Expensive

ORGANIC VEGAN HEAVEN.

I purchase organic fruits and vegetables here, they offer so many options for organic and vegan foods and beverages! I am especially excited about the “Almond Dream” Ice-Cream (Vegan). It is delicious. $7.00 for a medium size container but so worth it.

Pros: Organic, Locally farmed , Very helpful staff

Vegan food

I love that I can go into Whole Foods and know that I can get some good vegan food from the salad/hot food bar, the deli counter, or the pizza station. I've had their vegan General Tso's and a veggie pizza with no cheese a couple of times and it's always good. I love that I can put my pizza order in, do my shopping and then pick up a nice hot pizza to take home or eat in the little restaurant area with a local beer!

Pros: Lots of vegan choices, Clearly marked vegan items in deli section

Cons: A little pricey for certain things

Poor Step Child of a big-city Whole Foods

For this community, Whole Foods offers many products not available elsewhere, but I still find myself visiting my Mom's local Whole Foods every time I'm in Northern Virginia for products the VB store will not carry. I'd just like to get the "real" options this chain could offer. Also, it's ridiculously crowded on weekends!

Amazing organic vegan store

I had not visited Whole Foods due to distance and the word that they were very pricy. I finally went and was in heaven. The organic vegan choices are amazing. As far as prices go a canned vegan soup that I pay $4.49 for at Farm Fresh is only $2.49 at Whole Foods. The prepared foods from soups to an amazing General Tso vegan chicken is to die for. The bakery has great vegan cookies and muffins that made the holidays great for me. But the best of a all is the staff. They love to help and are so very friendly and helpful. The place is always packed but you still get amazing sevice. Whole Foods is a must for anyone concerned about what you are eating and the impact our choices have on the planet.

Pros: selection selection selection and amazing staff

Cons: Only 1 in all of Hampton Roads but worth the drive
