Busy store

This is one busy store. The only thing I don’t like about the store is some of the stuff is very expensive and some of the stuff they carry like ant’s soup and Amy’s Mac and cheese you can find at Walmart at a cheaper price. So if you have the Walmart app you might want to check to make sure they don’t have it first and if they do see who has the better deal.

My Happy Place!

I not only LOVE shopping here, but it’s just a great place to walk around or enjoy a sit down meal! The best part is, you don’t really have to read labels like in other grocery stores. I used to avoid high fructose corn syrup & other unhealthy ingredients. Now that I’m vegan, I can easily find products and I know they don’t have unnecessary spoiler ingredients in them.

The only true vegan option in Greenville

If you're a vegan in Greenville and you don't cook at home every night, chances are you are at WF for some grub. As with most places in Gville you have to be careful and ask about every ingredient in most dishes. The prepared foods lacks because it doesn't change much. The hot bar suffers most of the time but you deal with what you have. The "chicken fried tofu" is a staple.

Watch!

You have to really watch the food here. So many dishes with sugar and canola oil (not a natural oil). There are many vegan and vegetarian items to choose from, and it can be costly. Also they use mostly canola oil in their bakery. Woodruff Road is a very busy road all the time, so you have to plan when you go there.

Pros: Friendly staff, Great seating, Some healthy items

Cons: Busy road, Hard to find items without sugar, Hard to find items without canola oil

Obviously a great vegetarian choice!

All food on the bars is prepared on site. Can be costly, and watch for gluten and sugar/salt content! If one is careful, they can eat a very satisfying, delicious meal here. There are many non-veg choices as wel1, s/a pizza and burgers for your friends!

Pros: many choices, hot & cold, can eat -in, soups/salads & hot meals

Cons: $$, must ask Re: prepped food contents
