Country Pod

Stayed in one of the "luxury eco pods". They have all the modern amenities (wifi, shower, mini fridge, hot water, tea and coffee station) and are comfortably warm. They're very well situated with a large window to the front so the view is out over the fields and once inside you can't even tell there are other pods to the left and right. The bed is a little hard for my taste but the bedding is clean and warm and there's even usb charging sockets. It's very much out of the way and you need to drive to get anywhere but that's all part of the charm.

Everything is no contact at the moment but Katie is very friendly and helpful over text and by phone. There was a little mishap with some of our extras (our flowers weren't there on arrival), but it was all sorted out by the second day and Katie was very apologetic and even took them off our bill and provided us with some vegan chocolates. When they did come, the flowers were beautiful. The main office even provided cutlery so we could make sandwiches for packed lunches.

The breakfast basket has arrived right on time both days so far and it's both delicious and very filling - we haven't been able to finish everything! There's plenty of vegan options, including soy milk for cereal/porridge, soy yogurt, fruit, and vegan haggis, sausage, and tattie scones for your hot roll. The cereal is Kellogg's, so if your fussy about where your D vits come from, keep that in mind - but you can always just have a vegan haggis roll. For lunch/dinner, Perth is only 20-30 minutes drive and has several vegan-friendly options (I recommend Koku Shi).

Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Delicious vegan breakfast, Helpful, friendly staff, Country getaway

Cons: No adjacent walking routes

Great pods and very thoughtful vegan breakfast

The pods are lovely.

Vegan cooked breakfast included Linda McCartney vegan sausages, baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes.
Also they provided especially-bought rice milk, vegan margarine, alpro soya yogurt, chocolates, and an amazing selection of fresh fruit, cereals etc.

Dog friendly bedrooms and breakfast room with a sausage for the dogs!

Pros: Beautiful location , dog friendly, Vegan breakfast provided , Friendly staff, free WiFi

Cons: Other diners eating bacon etc.
